The purpose of establishment of the firm in the UK is to assure our Clients that we are here to genuinely serve and efficiently address multiple issues faced by them when dealing with Property related matters for multiple purposes including but not limited to Buying, Selling, Distributing, Auditing and Court Settlements etc. Moreover, we are also here to safeguard their interest through our QC and Inspection Services whenever they need it in any part of their Country.

Pakistan Inspection UK has been backed by its Parent Company which is one of the most experienced and leading Surveying Organization namely Pakistan Inspection Company Pvt. Ltd. (PIC) registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan and established in the year 1975. PIC is a family owned Company of Licensed Insurance Surveyors, as well as Pakistan Banks’ Association approved Valuer for Land & Buildings, Plants & Machinery and Current Assets. The Company has its Head Office in Karachi, Zonal Office in Islamabad and Branch Offices in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Lahore and a newly opened office in Faisalabad.

The Company's strength lies in the quality of its Professional Services, trained staff and implementation of Internationally recognized Standards. Our most Competitors either serve only Insurance or Banking Industry. Some of them do have the licenses and approvals to simultaneously serve the both of them but lack technical expertise and resources impeding their way.
