We have been receiving instrcutions of Property Valuations from several Solicitors based in the UK for the past few years. These Valuation Reports are presented in the court for the purpose legal proceedings in family disputes and divorce cases and often forwarded to us through Solicitors hired by the Parties.

The report gives details about the property and provides an open market value setting out the best price at which the sale of the property might reasonably be expected unconditionally on the date of valuation.
